Another reason is that most players need to learn how to counter him, and they keep trying to kill him without knowing he is so tanky and every time you hit him, he will get healed.
How To Counter Bloodstone Razor?
There are three ways to counter:
Make HP regen reduction items like Spirit Vessel, Skadi or Shiva's Guard or pick a hero like Ancient Apparition who can stop his HP regen with this Ultimate.
Pick Range heroes and don't fight him in close combat so that you won't get hit by his spells, and like that, he won't get healed.
If you want to fight him in close combat with attack speed, make Silver edge of breaking his storm surge ability so he won't get healed, and you can quickly kill him.
Tips to Play Razor for Beginners:
Do not play too aggressively before you get your main items, like Eternal shroud and Bloodstone, because you will die quickly without these two items.
Always stay in front, use your static link on their carry hero, and run at him. You should be the one who starts the fight.
If you are playing him at mid, always gank in other lanes with energy recharge. Don't stay in your lane for too long.
His farms primarily by dealing damage and killing enemies more than creeps.
Tips To Play Razor for Advanced players:
It would be best if you were always playing on the map. Play in lanes instead of farming in the jungle and pressure the enemies to react to you.
Suppose the enemies countered you with items like spirit vessel, Skadi or shivas. You cannot play in front anymore because of that.
Make items like lotus orb or black king bar, and try to avoid playing in front too much.
If the enemies are kiting you and your team has no disables, you should make a scythe of vyse to catch the enemies and make a refresher orb later on if 1 hex is not enough.
Always go on the enemy's carry hero. Don't let him do anything in the fight; take all the damage on yourself.
